Clarified what "beta" means for Icepath and Icecore.
A reader asked us to define which services are "beta" and what that means for SLAs. We rewrote §03 to name the services explicitly and spell out the SLA absence. No new obligations either way — clarification only.
@@ §03 Beta status @@
- Some services are in beta. They will break, sometimes.
+ Icepath and Icecore are pre-1.0 ("beta"). They will break, sometimes.
+ We don't promise SLAs or refunds during the beta.
+ Iceslab v1.0 is generally available and has its own commercial SLA.
Added the abuse policy and liability cap.
The acceptable-use section was missing from v1.0 — we wrote it in. Liability cap clause now explicitly references EU consumer law. Both clauses had a 14-day notice period during which users could leave with full refund.
@@ §04 Acceptable use — new section @@
+ Don't use our infrastructure to hurt people.
+ [4 bullet list of disallowed uses]
@@ §07 Liability — clause added @@
+ Liability capped at fees paid in last 12 months
+ Or zero for free services
+ EU consumer law exception preserved
